Research Field
Our laboratory explores the mechanism of oncogenic molecular targeting, the development of anticancer drugs, and the clinical cancer translation. QPCR, IHC, LCM/QPCR, RNA-Seq, WES, and other related databases were used to confirm the correlation between targeted molecules and clinical factors using Chinese cancer tissues and sections and in vivo liquid (CTCs & cf DNA) samples. Cell, human tumor cell line xenograft (CDX), and tumor tissue xenograft (PDX) in breast cancer patients confirmed the carcinogenic role of targeted molecules, drug-related mechanisms, and anti-cancer drug development.
The main research topics of the laboratory are the study of the mechanism of carcinogenic molecular targeting, the development of anticancer drugs, the evaluation of the efficacy and resistance of liquid biopsy in the treatment of breast cancer, and the application of molecular targeting. QPCR, IHC, DDPCR, LCM/QPCR, RNA-Seq, WES, and other experimental analyses were carried out using Chinese postoperative cancer tissue and section specimens and in vivo liquid (CTCs & cf DNA) specimens, and compared with international TCGA and other related databases, to confirm the correlation between targeted molecules and clinical factors. In addition, experiments such as cell, human tumor cell line xenograft (CDX), and patient tumor tissue xenograft (PDX) confirmed the carcinogenic role of targeted molecules, the mechanism of drug resistance, and the development of anticancer drugs.
