Cultivating students to become professional talents insemiconductor manufacturing/packaging/testing area. Focus on semiconductor ICs manufacturing ,to fabricate semiconductor ICs, including thin film, lithography, etching, diffusion, oxidation…etc. Basic semiconductor thin film analysis skill trainning, ex: physical, optical and material properties of the thin films during ICs manufacturing and packaging.

1. Suitable for fourth-year undergraduate students and above (including master students).
2. English proficiency must be CEFR B1 or above. (e.g. TOEFL ITP 457+, TOEFL iBT 47+, IELTS 4+, BULATS ALTE Level 2+, TOEIC 550+)
Skill sets or Qualities
Applicants should have an academic background in materials science and engineering, electrochemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or chemistry.
