Expertise

Semiconductor process, CMP technology, Aluminum ion battery, CIGS solar cell, inorganic phosphor, ionic liquid electrolyte, graphite materials for Battery.

 

Cultivating students to become professional talents insemiconductor manufacturing/packaging/testing area. Focus on semiconductor ICs manufacturing ,to fabricate semiconductor ICs, including thin film, lithography, etching, diffusion, oxidation…etc. Basic semiconductor thin film analysis skill trainning, ex: physical, optical and material properties of the thin films during ICs manufacturing and packaging.
