I am an Associate Professor, (Abbott) Po Shun Chen. I have worked in the Department of Marketing and Logistics Management at Chaoyang University of Technology for 16 years.
【Academic experience】
My academic research focuses on information management and labor research, including related topics such as artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and labor equality. My research in recent years is about how to use intelligence tools and management to develop the rural economy, including regional revitalization, rural leisure, rural labor and employment for the elderly, rural culture, and ecological marketing. Recently, I finished the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Verification Lead Verifier Training Course (ISO 14064-1: 2018 & 14064-2: 2019) from BSI.
【Industrial experience】
My professional services are as a Professional Lecturer (for Labor Education) at the Ministry of Labor and a Professional Inspector at the Ministry of Economic (MOE) Affairs until now, Taiwan.
In the past, I was an entrepreneurial consultant for the Small and Medium Enterprises Division of the MOE for 18 years. I also worked as a labor inspector in the Taichung City Government Labor Bureau. The industries I coach include water hardware, tourism, environmental education, food baking, and traditional manufacturing industries.

Our lab mainly develops artificial intelligence, business intelligence, digital marketing, B2B marketing, supply chain marketing, etc. These mostly apply image recognition, conversational AI (NLP, chatbots), commercial online marketing, information literacy, and learning to form the theme of the intelligence business. The fields that have been promoted so far include regional revitalization, older aging employment, youth employment, the industrial supply chain (Taiwan and Indonesia), tourism, rural economic development, etc. International research cooperation includes the United States, Indonesia, and India.

Job Description
This task mainly assists in collecting and analyzing research data, producing videos introducing the research, sharing short research videos on social media, and good communication and interpersonal relationships with the research staff. According to your professional background, this laboratory plans the following internship tasks. For your professional study, this internship combined with the Office of Industry-Academia Collaboration at the Chaoyang University of Technology.
| 1. Make two videos (at least 5 minutes) every month. One is to participate in the internship content, and the other is to introduce exciting and recommended travel in Taiwan |
| 2. Communicate with entrepreneurs and learn traditional Chinese for life |
| 3. Participate in entrepreneurial or information activities, courses, and exchanges at Chaoyang University of Technology |
| 4. Visit the Taiwan information, marketing, or logistics-related industry (according to your professional needs) |
5. Study information significant with the information-related team at Chaoyang University of Technology. That should be filnished a small research (2) Senond month: finish a research data analytic and write drafts (3) Third month: finish a pre-sumit paper or submit an article to a journal or conference |

Skill sets or Qualities
One of the following management courses should be completed, including management, marketing management, information management, logistics management, R&D management, artificial intelligence, accounting, human relations, financial management, programming, agriculture, and other related courses.
