Chi-Wen Hsieh received the B.Sc. degree from the Department of Physics, Fu-Jen Catholic University, Taiwan, ROC in 1990, and the master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Tsing-Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1993 and 2007, respectively. Since 2018, he has been a Professor and the Chair of the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chiayi University, Chiayi, Taiwan. And got a distinguished Professor honor at 2022 and got the National Innovation Award two times at 2015 and 2019. Now he is a Professor served in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan. His research interests include medical signal processing, radiation measurement, and microwave applications.
There are currently 15 members in the master degree program, and their research topics consisted of the natural language processing, medical detector development, numerical method application, etc.
Natural Language Processing: Chinese learning model for foreigner student
Medical Detector Development: Design and implement the radiation measurement for medical use.
