Introduction

pDr. Chung obtained his degree from The University of Tokyo, investigating the radiation hardness of memory devices in Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency. Currently He is an assistant professor in International College of Semiconductor Technology, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan and is devoted to the field of semiconductor technology and its reliability issues./p

pRad-Hard Lab, led by Dr. Chin-Han Chung, works on the characterization and reliability study of semiconductor devices aiming for applications such as space and nuclear facilities. The team consists of researchers and students around the world and has close connections to the industry such as TSMC, VIS, and many others./p
