Professor Wang was born in 1970 and graduated from the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan with BS, MS, and Ph.D. qualifications are undertaken between 1992 to 2000. He currently works at National I Lan University, Taiwan until 2019. And then works in the Taiwan Ministry of Science and Technology in India to act as the duty of Counsellor, at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India from 2020 till now. As for his present areas of study related to green technology, innovative biometric flow design, microfluidic devices, optimal design of fuel cells, microbial fuel cells, and bio-energy are the major fields. There are about 138 Journal papers (including submission), 13 patents, 3 book chapter authors, and 1 book editor contribution that can be attributed to his research performance to date. In addition, Professor Wang was awarded the honor of University Distinguished Professor (2011-2020), National Academic Award, Distinguished Young Researcher Project in 2013 and acting as Guest Editor of International of Hydrogen Energy, Editor of the Journal of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering and organizer of International conference of sustainable energy and green technology (2018 and 2019). In addition, Professor Wang also gets the honor of International Fellow of the Chinese Innovation and Invention Society in 2019, the Y. Z. Hsu Science Paper Award in Green Science & Technology Category in 2019, 2020 gets the Asia-Pacific Awards: Student-Driven Sustainability Project of the Year, Honorary Professor of Department of Chemical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT-G) on August 9, 2021, Distinguished Engineering Professor Award, 2022 and an outstanding research award at the 8th South Asia Education Summit 2023 and 2023 Fellow of the 2nd Taiwan Hydrogen Energy Society.
The research topics of the TFBELabs will focus on green technology, innovative biometric flow design, microfluidic devices, optimal design of fuel cells, microbial fuel cells, bio-energy, etc.
The lab is a type of discipline research and welcomes all of the students related to joining our lab under the regular degree or internship or short-term of researching.
