I am Yevvon Yi-Chi Chang, Chair of the International Business Administration Program and Associate Professor at Tunghai University, specializing in Service Operations Management. My research lies at the intersection of consumer behavior and service operations management. As a Fulbright Senior Research Scholar, I had the privilege of collaborating with the Food and Brand Lab at Cornell University, exploring contemporary eating behavior. I also served as a visiting scholar at Cornell’s St. John’s College of Business.
In addition to my academic roles, I have taken a leadership position in advancing internationalization at Tunghai University. I was appointed Director of the Office of International Education and Programs, where I focus on developing overseas partnerships. In 2021, I became the Director of the International Business Program, where I continue to engage in interdisciplinary research and teaching. My work integrates food culture, marketing, and sustainable science. I am deeply committed to the belief that cross-domain collaboration bridges theory and practice, enriching both academic research and real-world applications.
Through my work as a Fulbright Senior Research Scholar, I have helped strengthen Taiwan-U.S. higher education relations, promote international research collaborations, and foster cultural exchange. I remain dedicated to advancing impactful knowledge that connects academia with real-world outcomes.

The ideal candidate will assist in entering raw data into statistical software programs.
