Introduction

Welcome to Taiwan for your internship in healthcare management, health business management, smart health, and smart medical technology! I am Dr. BinVa Chang, an Assistant Professor and the Associate Director of the Department of Health Business Administration at Hungkuang University.

Throughout my academic and professional career, I have been dedicated to integrating theory and practice to provide students with comprehensive learning and growth opportunities. I completed a six-month postdoctoral research program at the University of Notre Dame in the United States, which broadened my global perspective and deepened my understanding of cross-cultural collaboration. Additionally, I have led Taiwanese students on five occasions to intern at healthcare institutions in the U.S., helping them gain firsthand experience with the latest developments in international healthcare management and smart medical technologies. These experiences have given me valuable insights into the needs of international students and strengthened my ability to support learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.

My expertise spans health business management, smart medical applications, data analysis, and digital healthcare advertising. In teaching, I emphasize practical application and innovative thinking, guiding students to integrate data analysis, project management, and IoT technologies in the context of smart health and healthcare management. I am committed to tailoring learning plans to the individual needs of students, helping them balance theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice.

I firmly believe that effective communication is the foundation of successful learning. With my fluency in English, I can provide comprehensive support throughout your internship experience. My goal is not only to help you acquire professional skills but also to cultivate your cross-cultural communication abilities, preparing you for future careers in the global workplace.

If you choose me as your internship supervisor, I will fully support you on your journey, from academic guidance to career development. Together, we can create a meaningful and productive internship experience that will make your time in Taiwan truly unforgettable.

I look forward to working with you!

Sincerely,
