Currently, Dr. In Fan-Yu is the Deputy Chair of the Department of English for Global Communication at Hungkuang University. Dr. In has created and taught six English-only MOOC courses sponsored by Ministry of Education, Taiwan.

Dr. Fan-Yu In (應芳瑜博士/助理教授) got her PhD in English Literature from the Department of English at National Changhua University of Education. She is presently a full time Assistant Professor at Hungkuang University. Her current research interests include English literature, literary criticism, translation, MOOCs, ESP, and TESOL.
