Introduction

Ying-Nong Chen received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering at the National Central University, Taoyuan, Taiwan in 2011. Currently, he is an assistant professor of Computer Science and Information Engineering at the National Central University, Taoyuan, Taiwan. His major research interest includes deep learning, computer vision, and remote sensing. 

Currently, we have 4 PhD students and 2 master students in our lab. Each student has personal computer with 3090 GPU. Good research environment and atmosphere.

1. Rainfall estimate based on satellite images

2. Mangrove mapping and analysis based on satellite images

3. Land Cover and Land Usage (LC/LU) analysis based on satellite images

4. Computer Vision ( Face Expression, Few Shot learning )

Mangrove Detection based on Deep Learning and Sentinel-2 Imagery. You have to implement Deep Learning model and try to propose some new ideas to effectively and efficiently detect mangrove areas around the world.
